Receive AnswerFirst Service Outage Alerts via Email and Text
Google Voice can be used as a centralized call aggregation point for clients, and those calls destined for Google Voice can then be forwarded to our DIDs at AnswerFirst.
- Google voice only works with Live Operator Services. This means that you may not utilize one of our voice mail boxes to answer your phone calls.
- Choose a local Google voice number if not done already.
- To make and receive calls with your Google Voice number, you will need to link at least one U.S. phone number. Calls to your Google Voice number will ring any linked number that you choose to forward calls to.
Google voice require both parties to verify when forwarding for the first time. We will have to schedule a time for this to be done during our regular business hours. Please call our Customer Service Department at 1-800-435-9332 to schedule the verification.
Google voice also requires you to be logged on to your google voice account from a computer in order for the verification to be successful.
